Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a 100% employer paid benefit provided at no cost to you. Your EAP has tools and resources designed to help you overcome life challenges that can affect your health, family or job performance.

Effective April 1, 2026, ComPsych will be your new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider: ComPsych GuidanceResources®.

Through ComPsych, your employees and their household members will have access to a wide range of confidential support services, including:

• Simple, fast, and confidential virtual or face‑to‑face counseling sessions
  (3 sessions per issue, per plan year)
• 24/7 phone access to behavioral health professionals
• Legal and financial consultations
• Coaching support to help employees set and achieve personal goals
• A variety of professional and personal resources available online and by phone

ComPsych also provides monthly ‘live’ trainings for managers and employees. Pre-registration is encouraged (limited to 1,000 participants). Check the orientation schedule to sign up.
